Terms and Conditions
Agreement Between TECH REVO SOLUTIONS CORP. and the MERCHANT
Duration:
The agreement lasts for 1 year and automatically renews unless terminated with a 30-day notice before expiry.
Commercial Terms:
TECH REVO SOLUTIONS CORP. provides payment services, including app installation and portal access.
Fees are based on transaction fees as detailed in Annex A.
Pre-Service Requirements:
TECH REVO SOLUTIONS CORP. may cancel or delay services if the MERCHANT does not provide necessary pre-onboarding documents, such as government registrations and corporate documentation, on time.
Grounds for Non-Delivery of Service:
TECH REVO SOLUTIONS CORP. can refuse or suspend services if the MERCHANT provides false information or is found ineligible based on company policies (e.g., poor credit standing or fraudulent history).
Scope of Service:
The payment facility will be installed at sites owned or operated by TECH REVO SOLUTIONS CORP. or the MERCHANT.
MERCHANT, agents, and partners can accept payments via the TECH REVO SOLUTIONS CORP. app.
Services provided include transaction notifications, transaction reports, a virtual wallet, daily bank settlements, training, and a support hotline.
TECH REVO SOLUTIONS CORP. can modify the payment facility with prior notice.
Use of the Service:
The MERCHANT must use the payment facility only for its intended purposes and keep it accessible to the public.
User and Data Privacy:
User information collected through the payment facility belongs to TECH REVO SOLUTIONS CORP. and will be handled according to its privacy policies and relevant laws.
TECH REVO SOLUTIONS CORP. will not share personal information with the MERCHANT.
Upon request, TECH REVO SOLUTIONS CORP. can share aggregated and anonymized usage data.
Data Sharing:
The MERCHANT consents to TECH REVO SOLUTIONS CORP. using and processing data, including personal data, for various purposes such as risk management, marketing, and system development.
The MERCHANT must comply with privacy laws to protect data confidentiality and integrity.
Compliance with AMLA-CTF:
The MERCHANT must comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act and the Terrorism Financing Prevention and Suppression Act.
The MERCHANT will report any suspicious transactions and cooperate with TECH REVO SOLUTIONS CORP. to prevent money laundering and financing of terrorism.
